2021 Season Cards Available Now!

We are delighted to confirm details of our Season Card offering for the 2021 season. We would also like to thank everyone who contacted us on the back of our recent communication to express their continued support for the club. Due to the ongoing and unpredictable nature of the pandemic, nothing is guaranteed but, in the Season Card offer laid out below, we hope that supporters will find value for money regardless of how the coming year pans out. We have aimed to offer as many alternatives and extras as possible in order to ensure maximum value for the purchasers of the Season Card. For our 2020 season ticket holders, there is a substantial discount on the 2021 Season Card as a thank you for their support over the past 12 months.

2021 Season Card prices*:

Adult – €195- available to 2020 Season Ticket holders for just €150! Student– €145- available to 2020 Season Ticket holders for just €105! Juvenile– €110- available to 2020 Season Ticket holders for just €75! Senior– €60- available to 2020 Season Ticket holders for just €50! U13– €50- available to 2020 Season Ticket holders for just €40! Also included in the 2021 Season Card package:

• Access to streams of all First Division games in 2021*
• Access to streams of all Women's National League games in 2021*
  • (estimated value €79, subject to LOI TV streaming service through Pixellot)
• Entry into a new monthly draw for Season Card holders (March to November).
• Priority access to match attendance subject to availability and Government/public health restrictions
• Entry to academy matches subject to availability and Government/public health restrictions
• Exclusive right to purchase our new away jersey for a week before it goes on general sale.
• A minimum of two Season Card holder discount days in the club shop.
• Digital subscription to City Edition for the 2021 season.
• Unspent funds on your card at end of 2021 season can be used in the club shop for merchandise purchases up to 30/11/2021 or be put towards the cost of a 2022 Season Ticket.

All 2020 Season Ticket holders will receive an email on Friday, March 19^th, with a unique discount code to give them their discount. This offer is available until 31^st March 2021, after which the full Season Card prices will apply. Streaming pass reliant on and subject to FAI's LOITV / Pixelott service. 2021 Season Card Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What access will I have to streaming of games?

1. • Everyone who signs up to the Season Card will be given access to the LOI TV service. Full details of this service are due to be announced by the FAI imminently. In the event of the FAI withdrawing this service, Cork City FC will provide, at minimum, access to a stream of home games for all Season Card holders.
   • After signing up for a Season Card, Cork City FC will contact you by email with your Access Code. For instructions on how to redeem your Access Code, click here.

2. How are the unspent funds calculated?

2. • The cost of the streaming (cost of €79) will be deducted from the value of your Season Card package. For each game you attend, the cost of a ticket for that match, e.g. €15 for an adult, will be deducted. The balance at the end of the season will be the package cost minus cost of streaming, minus the price of a match ticket for any matches you have attended.

3. If I received a discount as a 2020 Season Ticket holder, how will the balance be calculated?

3. • The balance will be calculated from the full price of the package, meaning you get full value for your discount added on to your unspent funds if applicable.

4. How will I be able to use my unspent balance in the club shop?

4. • Following the end of the season, your balance will be calculated and you will be issued with a gift card for the shop to that balance. This gift card will be sent to the email address used during your sign-up for a season card and can be redeemed in store (subject to shop opening) or online.

5. I have had a reserved seat for a number of years, why do I not have option to reserve my seat again?

5. • Due to social distancing measures, we cannot guarantee access to your seat at any point, even if crowds are permitted to attend. However, we undertake to all 2020 Season Ticket holders not to sell your seat to anyone else without first giving you the option to renew it.

6. How will I know if I am able to attend matches or eligible to apply to attend matches?

6. • This will be communicated to 2021 Season Card holders via email and also advertised on club website and social media channels.

7. I am a 2020 Season Ticket holder and didn’t get a discount code via email.
