Arran Healy Agrees First Professional Contract

Cork City FC are delighted to confirm that Arran Healy has agreed his first professional contract with the club.

Speaking in Bishopstown this afternoon, Healy, who has featured three times for the first team already this season, said: “I’m absolutely delighted. It’s something that I’ve worked my whole life for really. I’ve been at the club since I was 13, I’m now 19, so this is a huge achievement for me, my family, and everyone that has helped me over the years.“

“This is my dream, this is something that I’ve always wanted to do.”

City boss Tim Clancy was happy to get the deal done, saying: “Arran is an exciting young player, and one that Cork City supporters will already know a lot about. He has featured a few times already this season, and has impressed with his performance, so we are all delighted to reward him with his first professional contract.”
