City draw Athlone in FAI Women's Cup

Cork City will face Athlone Town away in the quarter finals of the FAI Women's Cup.

The draw was made on Tuesday afternoon in FAI HQ - live streamed on FAI TV - with Con Murphy hosting and former Shelbourne defender Seana Cooke joined by FAI Football Consultant John Morling to pick the teams out.

The ties will be played on the week ending August 7th.

Tickets for this year's Final on Sunday, November 6th in Tallaght Stadium are now on sale.
