Everseen become Academy Player Development Parnter

Cork City FC are delighted to welcome Everseen on board with the club as our academy player development partner.

The world's leading retailers trust and rely on Everseen's Visual AI™ solutions to improve their bottom line by minimizing shrink, streamlining operations via hyper automation, and delivering a better customer experience.

The agreement will see the Everseen logo displayed on the back of the jersey of all six of our boys and girls academy teams, as well as creating two funds to be used in the academy. The first, a bursary fund, will assist the club in providing mental health supports, academy trips abroad and other player supports. The second, a professional player development fund, will assist the club when seeking to put academy players on professional contracts.

City’s Head of Academy, Liam Kearney, welcomed the news, saying: “We are delighted to officially welcome Everseen on board as a partner of our academy. We have been chatting to them for a while about working together, and they came on board last year to offer their support in sourcing some analysis equipment for us. They have now come on board officially, and they will be supporting us in terms of what we want to do with regard to providing as many supports as possible for our players and also assisting us in putting players on the pathway to a professional career in football. I would like to thank Alan, Eoin and the team at Everseen for their support and look forward to working with them over the course of the year.”

Alan O’Herlihy, founder and CEO of Everseen, commented: “We are very pleased to be partnering with the Cork City FC Academy. There is fantastic work being done by Liam and his staff, which is underlined by the number of players getting international call-ups, progressing to the first team and attracting interest from clubs further afield also. As a Cork company, it is very important to us to support our own and invest in the future of aspiring young players, and we feel this partnership is a really good fit for us.”
