Cork City FC are delighted to announce the signing of Milan Mbeng for the 2025 Season, subject to international clearance.

The 22-year-old French defender, who had spells at EA Guingamp and Charleroi, featured for City in recent pre-season friendlies against Bohemians and Waterford, and has today put pen-to-paper on a deal for the 2025 season.

Speaking after signing for City, Mbeng said: “I am really grateful to sign for Cork City, and I’m happy to start a new adventure in Ireland. I can't wait to play for this big club!”

City boss Tim Clancy said: “Milan has been in with us for a few weeks now, so we’ve been able to have a good look at him.”

“He’s impressed in the games he’s played in, and we are pleased with how he’s settled in, so it’s great to have him signed up ahead of the start of the season.”
